Technical Issues and Closing Trades: Rithmic/RTrader

Make sure to have RTrader open at all times to track your trailing threshold and easily close positions.

Start by attempting to close a trade with RTrader Pro.

Log in, click on Positions, and click the X next to the position to close it.

Managing technical issues is a part of trading, part of the Code of Conduct, and shows the trader's effort.


The Help Desk Cannot  Assist You.

Please DO NOT submit tickets to the Help Desk regarding closing trades, or missed opportunities because of technical issues.

The Help Desk cannot credit, adjust, or change account balances. Think of it as if you were trading your money with a live broker. They could not adjust your account.  

Traders should acquire the ability to effectively manage and be ready for technical challenges.
