Are There Refunds?

Please review the FAQ site thoroughly. We provide very in-depth information to ensure you understand everything about the service.


There are NO REFUNDS in whole or in part for any purchase made through the website. We incur costs as soon as you subscribe, so we are unable to provide refunds. 


In addition, we incur costs as soon as you renew, so there are NO REFUNDS on renewals.  When you cancel BEFORE the market closes the day prior to a renewal, you will NOT be billed on the next renewal.

There are also NO REFUNDS on resets, PA Fees, data fees, or extra session login fees. These are optional subscriptions available on our site.

There are NO REFUNDS for platform errors, data errors, stuck orders, or other technology errors, as these are out of our control.

There are NO REFUNDS for purchasing the wrong account type or plan.
