What can you do?
- Make sure you set up your credentials correctly, including all appropriate settings.
- Make sure you have first logged in to RTrader to activate the credentials by agreeing to the agreements.
- Do not attempt to log in between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM ET any day of the week. And not on Friday 5:00 PM through Sunday 6:00 PM ET. Rithmic does maintenance during these times and you cannot log in then.
