Trades Placed in Ninja Are Not Showing in Rithmic

It's highly likely that you're not using the Apex account, but rather SIM101.


Please ensure that you input the Apex Ninja key in NinjaTrader under the Help License key.

The key can be found under steps one (1) and two (2) in the members' area.

For further information, see this post. 

Now confirm that you selected the Apex account on the chart.
